DR 14-11 Bench divide-rounders

This machine is the most modem synthesis of the two oldest methods of cutting and rounding bread and pizza dough.

Bredd 618mm
Höjd 973mm
Djup 736mm
Varumärke Sigma
Produkttyp Pizzamaskin
Vikt 80kg

The machine is able to cut and round about 800/1000 portions of dough per hour. The portions can weigh from 150 to 320 g with the cutting group dividing into 14 sections and from 300 to 650 g with the cuttinggroup it dividing into 11 sections. The cutting group, entirely constructed in stainless steel, is easily dismountable for replacement or washing purposes. Thanks to a rounding system that is very similar to the manual dexterity of the pizza-maker, the dough has no stress and the balls are always perfectly round. The machine is extremely easy to use and allow unqualified personnel to achieve excellent resuls without employing any physical effort. This small and very practical machine is also very cheap.
